My interest in weight control is personal. I've always had an ease of putting on the pounds, and it not only was a health issue, but a professional issue that impacted my pay and career as an Air Force pilot (in my younger days). Exceed your max weight and get pulled from flying status.. and lose your flight pay. That's motivation.
